Arrival in Morocco | Airport Menara Marrakech: Upon arrival at the Menara International Airport of Marrakech, you will be elcomed by your driver and transferred to your hotel. Check in.

Guided tour of Marrakech with your official local guide:
With your Official Local Guide, Visit the stunning Majorelle gardens owned by the late Yves Saint Laurent and his partner Pierre Berger and then continue to the 12th century Menara sultanic garden with its pool, olive groves and views through to the High tlas Mountains. Visit the main monuments of the city including the Koutoubia mosque, Saadians Tombs and the splendid El Bahia Palace and take time out to visit a spice shop and learn the secrets of ras el hanout as well as Moroccan beauty products and magic potions.
You might like to have lunch in the Gueliz at Al Fassia, a restaurant run by women and featuring some of the best cuisine in the country.
The afternoon, spend time in the Medina seeing the various trade quarters. Stroll through the lanes of the Medina to Djema el Fna square. The atmosphere of this square is overwhelming with its jumble of food stalls, snake charmers, fortune – and storytellers and the wide variety of people that flock to its attractions. Take tea at one of the cafes at the edge of the square and await sunset when the square really comes alive. If you like, you can have dinner with the locals in the square.

Cooking Class in work shop Marrakech:
(10:00am to 2:30pm) – Cooking Workshop.
The workshops are conducted by a dada (traditional Moroccan cook) or a chef from the Moroccan restaurant. Using easy-to-use modern equipment found in everyday kitchens. At the end of each workshop, participants dine on the meal they have prepared. At a typical half-day workshop, one learns to prepare an appetizer and a main dish, or a main dish and dessert. ?
Cooking Class Overview: ?Greeting and overview of Moroccan cuisine by an English speaking interpreter?Demonstration of how Moroccan bread is made.? Visit a communal bread oven and hotel spice market?Work and cook at your own workstation alongside the Dade’s to prepare a delicious Moroccan meal.
This afternoon, there is time to return to the Medina, visit monuments you have not yet seen or do extra shopping. ?Early evening go down to the Djema l’Fna square to see all the goings on. You can have dinner at one of the stalls with the locals. There are musicians, acrobats, transvestite belly dancers… monkeys, snake charmers… be prepared to pay for photo opportunities. Plenty of food choices. You might like to have something there?

Day trip to the High Atlas mountains: Drive from Marrakech to (Asni) via The Ourika Valley then Sidi Fares. Possibility to visit the local market day where you will be able to steep yourself in the atmosphere of an authentic Berber country market… an unforgettable experience. The countryside will be stunning and full of wildflowers at this time of year. Drive east towards Plateau Kik .
Continue through the amazing berber villages to Lalla Takerkoust Lake. The construction of Lake Takerkoust, also referred to as Lalla Takerkoust, great care was taken to ensure that the lake would blend in with the beautiful surroundings and enhance the area. Visitors will agree that this objective was achieved and with the majestic Atlas Mountains reflecting in the tranquilwaters

Take the road to the Agafay Desert. Settled by nomads from the Sahara in the 18th century the Agafay Desert’s landscape is covered with wheat, barley and flowers however in the summer and autumn months it looks similar to the real desert with flowing dunes and the bonus of majestic High Atlas Mountain views nestled just behind it. In spring Agafay offers up wildflowers among other flora and fauna which make it a scenic experience. A Visit to the Agafay Desert is a splendid way to see the varied Moroccan landscape without heading all the way to the Sahara Deser.
